High-quality and spacious quad house in an established community Vista Azul XII in Villamartin. The house has a large garden with place to park a car and a gazebo for socializing. The garden has citrus trees, an orange tree and a mandarin tree, which yield tasty fruit. The entrance has glass curtains, which you can optionally stack to the side. The living room is spacious and has a separate TV corner with a fireplace. The dining area is open and behind the bar counter you find an exceptionally equipped kitchen. Under the stairs there is one bathroom with a storage room in the ground floor.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with a table and chairs. One more stairs up and you get to the private solarium, which has been glazed and has aluminum roof. The solarium has a superb summer kitchen with BBQ and fridge, and covered seating for six. What a great place to enjoy the warm nights of Spain! There is also an open part of solarium, which has a chill-out area with potted plants.

The community has two outdoor pools as well as a spa with heated pool and sauna.

Closest restaurants and Repsol service station with a minimarket only a couple hundred meters. Dialprix-supermarket and restaurants are only 700 meters from the house. Some 2.5 km to Zenia Boulevard and less than 10 minute drive to the La Zenia beach.
