There is a large, sunny yard with a private pool, much spaces to enjoy the sun and a barbecue area with dining place. This destination can accommodate even a large group to have a holiday in magnificent setting!
Within walking distance you will find the city's park area with many recreational opportunities; various sportsgrounds, fitness equipment, a children's playground and a dog park. Services in the area are concentrated in the vicinity of the park, where you will find several shops and restaurants. There is a tennis club near the villa, where you can play padel in addition to tennis. A couple of kilometers from the villa is also another of Torrevieja's beautiful salt lakes.
