Renovated two bedroom 1st floor apartment in Punta Prima, Torrevieja. The apartment is centrally located near the beach and amenities. The distance to the beach is only a few hundred meters. On the next building is a shop and a restaurant, and a half kilometer away can be found more restaurants and a shopping mall.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The apartment has two balconies, one to the east and one to the south, accessed from the living room and the second bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. An air pump keeps the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter.
In the common courtyard you will find a large swimming pool, open during the summer months. You can park your car in the underground parking. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, so it is also convenient to travel further by public transport.
