Arenales is one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. in its blue and crystalline waters, they are the perfect place to practice sports and nautical activities. You can take wonderful walks along its boulevard from which you can also access the beach. This area is perfectly connected, very close to the city of Alicante and the International Airport (only 5 minutes away) as well as many other services in the surroundings. In the Claudia building you will find 2 and 3 bedroom homes with two bathrooms, all of them with large terraces facing the sun. The ground floors have a garden and the last two have a private space in the solarium, from which to enjoy the sun and our magnificent climate. Przez lata własna energia słoneczna była opodatkowana i skomplikowana przez "podatek słoneczny" w Hiszpanii, gdzie słońce w Europie wciąż jest średnie. W październiku zeszłego roku rząd kraju ostatecznie pozbył się tego podatku, gdy jego partia, PP, musiała odejść z powodu skandalu korupcyjnego....
