One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds that can be kept together or separately. The combined living and dining area has access to the south-facing balcony. Stairs lead from the balcony to own sunny roof terrace the size of the whole apartment. The kitchen window overlooks the pool area. Two air pumps keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. Hot water is preheated with solar energy, which reduces electricity consumption.
The communal swimming pool is open all year round. A car can be parked safely in the fenced and locked parking lot. There are a lot of cycling and outdoor trails in the immediate vicinity.

Przez lata własna energia słoneczna była opodatkowana i skomplikowana przez "podatek słoneczny" w Hiszpanii, gdzie słońce w Europie wciąż jest średnie. W październiku zeszłego roku rząd kraju ostatecznie pozbył się tego podatku, gdy jego partia, PP, musiała odejść z powodu skandalu korupcyjnego....
