Two bedroom apartment in Orihuela Costa. The apartment is in a quiet location close to outdoor activities and golf courses. A grocery store and restaurant are less than a kilometer away.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The combined living and dining area has access to the south-facing front yard. On the other side of the apartment there is another small garden from where is only few steps to the communal swimming pool! Air pumps keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter.
The communal swimming pool is open all year round. A car can be parked safely in the fenced and locked parking lot. There are a lot of cycling and outdoor trails in the immediate vicinity.
Our other rental property RP-0003 is located upstairs to this apartment, so even a large group can easily accommodate close together.
